Wigton tournament 26/01/2025
It reads as though despite the weather everyone got stuck and proudly represented KHC as you always do.
Well done to all who played and watched.
As ever the roving KHC reporter was in attendance and submitted their tournament report as below -
"How rotten was that weather?! ?☔ My hands have only just thawed out ?
Hats off to everyone (including you grown ups) that turned out today in what was very difficult conditions. From the bitterly cold wind with the U10s this morning to the sideways rain this afternoon at the U12s! ?
We were slightly short on numbers this week, meaning we had to adapt games and borrow players from other clubs. But, this didn’t deter our crazy bunch from getting stuck in and leaving with smiles on their faces. We had some great hockey played throughout from front to back and start to finish. ?
Huge well done to;
U10s Will, Leo, Dylan, Pip, Thomas, Truly, Toby and Mylo!?
